Side Threading Needle from Sench makes needle threading quick and simple. No eye to thread through. Just slide the eye of the needle along the thread until it slips through the side opening of the needle.
I use a side threading needle when quilting at the longarm or domestic. Using one right when starting or stopping a line of stitching. Sitting and burying hundreds of starts and stops after completing the quilting is an awful chore. Especially when it only takes seconds to tie off and bury in the ‘moment’!!!
SENCH side threading needles are made from nickel plated steel and have a golden eye.
The package contains 12 needles, 2 of each size, for general mending, hems or replacing a button.
They also work well with multiple strands of floss when doing embroidery work.
The needle has a gold eye to help those with vision challenges to know which end of the needle has the eye.
