Finally, this little flower is done. Completed in mid-January. Although I have made 2 others, this is the first one made from quilting cotton fabrics. The other two were made with batiks. It is not very big, only 22.5 inches square. Commercial cotton fabrics, fused, raw edge applique, free-motion thread play with cotton, rayon and polyester threads. I call it
A Detail of the flower
The beading is complete.
The binding is done and a lable attached.
I have another finish too… but I’ll share that … a little later. Still busy with the camera and edits… and rewrites. I see that taking months!
What keeps you busy every day?

Nice flower mini.
As long as it took… you would think it might have been bigger!!!
Thanks for the comment!

I haven’t used these rulers yet, but I do have a friend that fell in love with them that she gave away ALL of her other rulers and replaced with Quilters Select. I need to slowly do the same. Glad to know you have them in stock and also like them.
These are really different and seem to have all the characteristics that I like to have in a ruler… plus a few more!!! Once you use one you won’t go back. I like the different widths and lengths of the long cut rulers and an 18×18 for squaring up a quilt!!! Glad to see you back online.
